We thought that basketball was his first and last love
Those swift dribbles, 3 pointers, pump fakes with gentle shoves,
That was supposed to be his sport, or so we thought,
Until the season was over and bro asked himself, what else you got.
Inspired by Carlos and Sinner, the new heroes of genZ,
He picked up the racket and thought it would be easy,
The forehand is almost there with a powerful swing,
The backhand is double handed, much to his Dad’s chagrin.
A few more years left for such requests, I know,
You probably get a few of these as the kids grow,
But know that you will be a part of every shot that he hits,
The more you donate the more the chances of those landing in. LOL (JK)
